 WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL DATES AND HOURS?  

Sunday, September 22, 2019.  Park opens for entry at 1:00pm.  First musical act starts at 2:00pm.  End of show is 9:15pm.
The official after party is at Reno's Argent Cafe until midnight.  Erin Enderlin performs at Reno's from 10-11pm. 

WHERE IS YADALOO LOCATED?  

North Shore Riverwalk Park overlooking the Arkansas River in North Little Rock.   The Yadaloo venue address is:  120 Riverfront Park Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72114.   Entrance to the park is directly across from the Wyndham Hotel in front of the Willow Street and Riverfront Park Dr intersection.

WILL THERE BE ATMS AVAILABLE?  

Multiple ATMs will be located throughout the park with signage.   There is one at the gate entrance, as well.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL?  

Yes, the festival is all ages.  Children ages 12 and under are free, but must be accompanied by an adult.  We even have a designated kid zone full of fun and interaction.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?  

Lawn chairs
Blankets to sit on (probably not for warmth) ;)
ID 
Sunscreen
Tickets / e-Tickets on your phone
Cash beer, food and arts & crafts 

WHAT CAN I BRING?

Each person and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. Please view the list below to see what you can and cannot bring into the designated area of the festival.

NO Bicycles or any other 2-wheeled transportation device (with the exception of handicapped mobility)

WHERE DO WE PARK?  

Parking is adequate around the venue on the streets and parking lots surrounding the festival.

EXIT & RE-ENTRY  

No exit & re-entry (within reason).

LOST & FOUND  

There will be a designated Lost & Found at the box office.

SAFETY & MEDICAL 

We will have a designated medical and safety tent sponsored by Arkansas Surgical Hospital just inside the entrance of the festival.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS & WHEN DO THEY GO ON SALE?

General Admission:

Early Bird $20 until 11:59pm August 10.
Advance $27.50 
Day Of $35

Note:  All ticket popup sales and official Willy D's printed ticket location will honor the $20 early bird rate until the day before the festival. 

VIP:

Tier 1 Early Bird $125 limited number - SOLD OUT.
Tier 2 Early Bird $150 limited number.

WHAT IS A VIP TICKET TIER?  (EXAMPLE:  TIER 1, TIER2...)

Ticket tiers are ticket pricing tiers. Ticket pricing tiers are our way of rewarding those who purchase their Yadaloo tickets early. All tiers of the same ticket type are the same exact ticket, just at a different price. The Tier 1 prices are the lowest price, and when they sell out, we roll into selling tier 2. When tier 2 sells out, we roll into selling tier 3, etc.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS OVER THE PHONE?

IS THERE A WILL CALL/BOX OFFICE? 

Box office is at the main entrance and your e-ticket on your phone, the Eventbrite app or printed out will be sufficient for entrance.  ID is required.   Day of General Admission tickets will be available at the box office for $35 each.

I PURCHASED GROUPON TICKETS, HOW DO I REDEEM THEM?

Report to will call and you will be validated with your groupon printed or e-ticket on your phone. 

WHAT IS YOUR TICKET POLICY?

Rain or Shine.  Tickets are purchased online through our Eventbrite event.  No tickets will be mailed, unless specifically stated through periodic ticket giveaways.  Tickets are non-refundable.  Keep your tickets on your Eventbrite app, on your phone or print them out and bring them with you.  Kids 12 and under are free, and there is no need to register them or purchase a ticket.  If weather is deemed unsafe, performances may be postponed or canceled.

HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE FESTIVAL?  

The Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT) is 5.5 miles away from Yadaloo.  It's a 15 min drive.  We suggest Uber or Lyft.  The venue address is 120 Riverfront Park Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72114.

Please visit our LODGING page for more information on great rates just for our festival attendees!  One of our hotel partners is the Wyndham in walking distance from the festival grounds.  Right across the street!   We also have an RV Park in walking distance of the park offering discounts to Yadalooers.
